  • 1 Head of Cauliflower (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • sea salt to taste

Lemon Pepper Cauliflower Rice Directions

  1. Grate a head of cauliflower or use pre-"riced" cauliflower from the grocery store.
  2. Cover in microwave safe container and heat for 5-8 minutes until hot.
  3. Add additional ingredients and stir, enjoy immediately.
  4. Alternately, sautee cauliflower in pan with a tablespoon of olive oil to desired consistency and stir in additional ingredients. Serve with lean protein of your choice and additional vegetables.
